There is no satisfaction like job satisfaction, this is the type of job where a person will feel utilised, needed and appreciated. Also, knowing that the job being done will make a massive difference, not just in the students' lives but, in the lives of so many more that will not be victims of crime because of the difference this job role makes in society.
