Throughout the hiring process and onboarding everyone is so welcoming and willing to help you develop. There is a really nice small group of graduates who all started together which is also really nice.
What I wish was different
I felt like I didn't know very much about the graduate scheme before the assessment day, however once I learned more about the scheme it just made it sound even better.
