Everybody is really friendly and very capable. Of all the trading firms I've interviewed at or had involvement with, Maven was definitely the most friendly environment.
The company is ambitious and provides all that is required to succeed. It is clear they have invested very heavily in their graduate class.

Advice
There is a lot of information to take in and process, combining both theoretical understanding and mental maths. Prepare for this.

What I liked
The rigorous nature of the application process demonstrated the value the firm places on its graduates. Furthermore, the application process itself conveyed the importance of mathematical ability which was particularly enticing to me, to be surrounded by and learn from like minded individuals!

What I liked
The application process was straightforward. After completing the application by providing the CV and Cover Letter, I had an initial phone interview with the HR. Then the following interview was completed at the office where I had to complete a mathematical test as well. The interview was based on experience, education and interest in Finance/Accounting. I really liked the company environment and the values.
What I wish was different
