What I liked
The team is very open and welcoming and you are actively involved from day one. I was given my own projects and felt like an important part of the team. I could always ask the people within my team, but also my manager, for help and everyone was very supportive.
In addition, GONDER had the great advantage for me that I was not only in the office, but also visited the locations where GONDER is active very regularly with my colleagues. This allowed me to see the results of my work, which was always very motivating for me personally.
GONDER started working at a new location while I was with them. Here, too, I was involved in the entire start-up process and was able to experience the start at a new location for myself.
I was also lucky that two weeks after I started at GONDER, they had their 100th anniversary celebration. Although I had only just started at that time, I was actively involved in the final planning steps and was also able to take part in the company celebration.
