Capital Group is excited to announce it’s 2026 London Summer Internship Programme. This 8-week programme provides a unique opportunity for students to acquire practical experience at one of the world’s largest and most trusted investment management firms. We are seeking talented and motivated students who wish to join and contribute to our overall mission to improve people’s lives through successful investing.
Programme Overview
This internship is designed to provide students with hands-on experience in Investment Operations (IO), which supports Capital Group’s investment professionals and facilitates the investment process. IO includes teams such as Global Investment Control, Core Operations, Global Results, Client Services, IOX (Investment Operations Transformation), and IO Risk Management.
You’ll be part of our global intern cohort, allowing you to network and collaborate with peers across regions. This experience will expose you to diverse perspectives and help build valuable professional relationships.

What will I be doing?
- Shadow team meetings and participate in cross-functional projects to gain exposure to IO’s operational workflows.

What do I need to apply?
To be eligible for the Capital Group Summer Internship Programme 2026, you must:
• Be in the final or penultimate year of your undergraduate degree.
• Be available for the full duration of the programme (June 2026 – August 2026).
