Customer Data Specialist
Job Description:
We’re a London based SASS company looking to add to our customer relationship team as the business continues to grow. True Compliance provides housing associations and councils with a platform that allows them to easily manage their health & safety compliance. We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated person to join our team. Working within the customer relationship team, you will help and support our customers in using the system. It will be expected that the successful candidate will complete their training in the office for a minimum of 6 weeks.
An example of day-to-day tasks that you will be expected to do:
- Using our ticket support system (Happy Fox) to efficiently process and action client enquiries and service requests. This will include the following:
- Document Mapping (using our system to accurately extract data from documents loaded into True Compliance).
- Investigating/Problem Solving (data miss match issues).
- Bulk updating data.
- Raising tickets for our development team (bugs, new features etc).
- Supporting development with testing & UAT.
- General inquires.
- Support our client live chat.
- Client ad hoc/monthly meetings/training.
- Supporting the commercial team with demos, queries and potential new clients.
- Supporting the CR team in reaching annual business objectives.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload effectively and consistently complete tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Proactive, collaborative, and committed to supporting team objectives.
- Highly discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- A fast, independent learner capable of adapting quickly to new systems and processes.
- Strong focus and excellent time-management skills, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to its deadline.
- Exceptional attention to detail, maintaining quality and precision across all work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including data management and reporting.
- Patient and composed, maintaining professionalism when dealing with challenging situations or high workloads.
- Able to perform effectively under pressure, remaining organised and solution-focused during peak periods.
