As London’s premier sports coaching company,  Foxes Club is seeking a dynamic Sports Programme Manager to enhance our team. This position offers an extraordinary opportunity for someone looking to take a step into sports management.

 

Annual salary range: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on previous experience and qualifications.

 

Location: West London, UK

We are one of London’s largest and most dynamic sports coaching organisations, delivering high quality sessions across more than 30 venues and reaching thousands of children each week. Our programmes span weekly classes, school sessions and holiday camps, covering multiple sports including football, tennis, rugby and more. We are also proud to run a Nike partnered, FA accredited Football Academy that has competed with elite clubs such as Arsenal, Chelsea and QPR. The Role:

This role offers an exciting blend of people management, programme leadership, and business development. You’ll be responsible for overseeing our sports programmes across West and North West London, including areas such as Chiswick, Shepherds Bush, and Hampstead. You'll manage and support a large network of coaches, collaborate with external partners, and play a key role in driving the club’s continued growth and innovation. You’ll divide your time between our Park Royal offices and our programme venues — overseeing session quality, supporting staff, and working with the programme management team to deliver outstanding sessions and keep raising the bar

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with and developing our coaching team, maintaining a positive culture and elevating performance standards.
  • Ensure the smooth delivery of all sessions by effectively scheduling coaches, coordinating venue timetables, and managing equipment logistics.
  • Supporting the development of our diverse sports programmes in collaboration with senior management.
  • Driving change and innovation, reflective of our club's ethos.
  • Direct involvement in organising and overseeing sports sessions across schedule, ensuring an outstanding experience for children.

  • Ideally, the right candidate will have a university degree and/or previous experience in sports management.
  • Having a driving license is preferred.
