Evan (CEO) – Former Principal at Boston Consulting Group (8 years)

About the job
We’re looking for a highly motivated Growth Intern to support and scale our go-to-market strategy. Reporting directly to Victor, our Growth Manager, you’ll take on a cross-functional position driving growth in our existing markets and helping Roundtable establish itself as a category leader across Europe.
As a Growth Intern you will work on :
1 - Growth & Lead Generation (70%)
- Scrape, enrich and qualify high‑potential leads,
- Launch A/B tests and iterate on multichannel sequences to increase sales opportunities,
- Build and maintain workflows integrating the tools we use (Hubspot, LaGrowthMachine, etc),
- Monitor campaign metrics, report and drive optimizations.
2 - Data & project management (30%)
- Create dashboards to improve the overview on our conversion funnel from TOFU to BOFU (SQL knowledge is a plus, good data understanding is a must),
- Collaborate with Sales & Product teams. You will be a bridge across teams — empowering sales with high‑quality leads and feeding them with product-data insights.
The main exciting challenges you will be confronted to are:
- Multi-country approach — You will collaborate with the entire Sales team and work on the development of all our markets (France, Germany, UK, Spain and more to come),
- Challenging target audience,
- Growth and innovative environment.
You will learn to use growth tools such as:
- LGM, Captain data, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, scrapers etc.
- Hubspot, google sheets, SQL
- ChatGPT, Lovable

About you :
- You’re pursuing a Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field,
- You’re rigorous and data-driven. You pay attention to details, especially when dealing with data or campaigns,
- You have a strong analytical mindset and you’re confident with manipulating figures, conversion rates, etc,
- You’re adaptable, resourceful, and thrive in fast-paced environments,
- You’re fluent in French (mandatory) and English, German is a plus,
- You have a genuine interest in fintech, startups or investing!
