Accellency is looking to add 6-9-month internship role to their team in Paris (75009), to be in September 2025.
Opportunity for full time analyst position in Paris/London at the end of the internship.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with well-established tech corporates and investment funds clients in Private Equity, Venture and Tech Growth Equity, Infrastructure, Real Estate and Credit strategies.
In this role, you will directly work with directors and partners to support them in the execution and project management of mandates for investment funds, tech corporates and listed companies. You will build in-depth finance expertise, broaden your range of asset class coverage and contribute to the implementation of best-in-class business development practices.

Your mission...
You will work on mandates for investment funds and tech corporates
- Produce market research, white papers, competitor analysis and other presentations to support fundraising of our clients.
- Develop strategic and marketing materials for fundraising, investor roadshows, AGMs and ad hoc communications
- Draft fundraising specialist documents including PPMs, case studies, Due Diligence Questionnaires
- Design and produce digital and phygital investor events,
You will also work on the business development of Accellency
- Contribute to the firm’s business development and marketing strategy
- Monitor news flow and financial results of clients and prospects
You are...
An end-of-studies student from a leading business school/university/engineering school
(Master’s degree or MSc in Finance, Strategic Management, Financial Accounting)
- You have an initial experience within an investment fund, an investment bank, a placement agent, a strategic consulting firm, or in Transactions Services or in M&A
- You have a good understanding of investment practice, key performance drivers of a company and a good knowledge of high-level corporate finance and international financial markets
- You are an English native speaker or perfectly fluent in English and have outstanding English writing skills in an investment and business context
- French is a plus
- You have exceptional communication skills and a talent for building client relationships
- You are a resourceful team player full of positive energy with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
