Sales Support-Intern (Part-time)

Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Support Intern to join our team and contribute to our company's goals and customer needs. The Sales Support Intern will assist the US region in helping potential and existing customers and working with the dedicated regional manager to increase sales.
Essential Functions

- Record daily orders for the Southern California region and other territory as needed to follow up with customer orders
- Handle basic email communications from customers in the region
- Provide quotes for materials and process free samples for potential customers.
- Assist academic/industry accounts
- Inform current/new customers about ACRO’s products or services
- Communicate with customers via email, phone call or video call.
- Management and use of CRM software
- Preparation of reports/materials for the regional manager
- Work with other internal teams on collaboration efforts
- Other projects or responsibilities as may be required.
Minimum Qualifications – Education and Experience
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Biology, Microbiology or other Life Science degree
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Basic computer skills

- Self-motivated
- Ability to prioritize tasks depending on urgency
- Able to work independently
Salary Range: $18 per hour. Part-time 20-25 hours per week.
Location: San Diego, CA 92121 Hybrid Schedule: 1-2 days in office or as needed.
