CBT Therapist

Location: Remote

Status: Full-time, permanent. Monday  - Friday 9-5.30

Salary: £30-40k depending on experience

Our Careline team are looking for an experienced CBT Therapist on a full-time basis (Monday-Friday 9-5.30), to deliver triage, case management and treatment interventions to our customers and their dependents who call the service. This may include escalation of acute cases, developing individualised wellbeing recommendations and more detailed 1:1 CBT counselling and intervention to support the mental health and wellbeing of our customers. The Careline team are part of out Corporate Health division, offering integrated health and wellbeing solutions to employers and employees. 

 

Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

  • Post graduate diploma in High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy AND BABCP accreditation
  • Experience of assessment, formulation and risk assessment, using routine clinical outcome measures
  • Ability to use Microsoft office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Need to evidence ability to write clear and accurate English (GCSE English C or above)

Desirable:

  • Demonstrable experience of working in psychological therapy/mental health services, across a broad range of mental health disorders
  • Have an awareness of occupational health and / or working with private medical insurance
