What You’ll Do

Over the course of two years, you’ll get to:
- Work closely with local, regional, and global teams across our investor services and direct custody and clearing sectors.
- Rotate between product, sales and client management, strategy, the Chief Control Office, digital and innovation, and other teams.
- Work on a range of projects, where you’ll strategise about how we tailor our services to our clients, improve our business performance and support our colleagues.
- Build different skills and capabilities and gain a real-world insight through hands-on experience across our Securities Services business.
What You’ll Learn
We’ll help you develop the technical skills most relevant to your role. We’ll also provide plenty of opportunities to advance your non-technical skills, like relationship management and collaboration, that will help you move your career forward successfully.
During your time on the programme, you’ll:

Requirements
- Available to work full time from July 2025 onwards
- Obtained, or expected to achieve, a 3.2/4.0 cumulative GPA or equivalent 2.1 Degree from a recognised University (as appears on your official University Transcript or Degree Certificate)
- Fluent in English
- We will consider candidates that require visa sponsorship for this role
