F&B Server - Casual
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will support the hotel's F&B departments as required. A key aspect of your role will be working in our meetings and events spaces. Here, you will set-up and clear event spaces, prepare items, liaise with guests throughout their event and ensure the smooth running of the operation. You will also have the opportunity to work in the hotel's other F&B spaces, including Room Service, W Lounge and SUSHISAMBA. As a casual worker, you will have flexibility in the days and hours you work, depending on both yours and the business' needs.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, a people-person and passionate!
As a Casual F&B Server, key aspects of your role will include:
- Prepare all banqueting equipment ready for events along with maintaining the overall quality of standards.
- Handling meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests.
- Respond to and try to fulfill any special banquet event arrangements.
- Monitor tableware to ensure it is presentable to guests.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned station and service areas.
- Work in various F&B outlets as required and instructed.
