Senior Customer Engagement Marketing Manager

Join us as a Senior Customer Engagement Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

Location: Berlin, Germany

think-cell was founded in 2002 as a start-up. Today, the name think-cell stands for a high standard of graphics software worldwide. With the investor Cinven at our side, we want to continue to grow strategically. 

Therefore we are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Engagement Marketing Manager to lead our customer engagement marketing strategy, and own our email marketing channel as well as other scalable customer engagement programms. You will play a key role in supporting think-cell in delivering an exceptional customer experience, and delivering strong customer engagement, advocacy and growth. 

What will you do?

  • Develop think-cell’s customer lifecycle marketing strategy with the goal of improving customer experience and driving retention, growth, and advocacy at scale
  • Build and execute targeted email campaigns, analyze their performance and optimize accordingly.
  • Design and carry out A/B tests to continuously improve our lifecycle communications and customer journey.
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to customer engagement, retention, advocacy, and growth.
  • Quantify and track the ROI impact of customer engagement marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams and other stakeholders, to ensure alignment between email marketing efforts and customer touchpoints throughout the sales, onboarding, and ongoing engagement process.
  • Make use of customer data and segmentation to personalize communications and improve customer experience.
  • Manage CRM systems and reporting tools, and drive their integration with other platforms as needed.

Your profile

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in customer engagement marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics tools – experience with Salesforce and Marketo is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing email marketing campaign strategies and campaigns.
  • Proven track record of contributing to business performance through customer engagement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and personalized marketing strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset: ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data driven decisions to improve customer engagement campaigns.
  • Dynamic, positive ‘can do’ attitude with a focus on continuous growth, improvement and optimization.
  • Proficiency in English, German is a plus.
