Our HR Data graduate will have an excellent opportunity to develop skills and knowledge in a range of areas of HR, but with a data and insight lens.  This is a unique opportunity that combines people and data to provide insight into the various HR disciplines including Talent Acquisition, Reward, Talent and HR systems/MI

What we’re looking for: 

We are looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals with the following skills: 

Dynamic, collaborative and adaptable individuals with a customer-centric mindset who are proactive and curious 

Good interpersonal skills, in order to develop and maintain good working relationships with a range of colleagues in other departments; 

A high level of drive, enthusiasm and resilience, with the ability to work under pressure. 

A high level of attention to detail 

Good verbal, visual and written communication skills 

Excellent capability with relevant computer packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 

Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools eg PowerBI 

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting. 

Minimum 2:2 degree 

 

What you can expect from us: 

As part of the Graduate programme within Just, you will embark on a development journey to build your data and business insight skills, supporting the team by collecting, analysing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions.  During this programme you will be analysing data, developing and delivering data solutions from multiple sources of data across the people portfolio.  You will also have the opportunity to work with data professionals across the group.
