Mastercard Launch is an 18-month global development program providing recent graduates with opportunities and exposure. You will not only enhance your professional growth and skills in a global setting, you’ll launch your Mastercard career.

For 2025, we have Graduate Launch positions in the following functions: 

Product Management 
Manage the overall coordination, status reporting, financials, schedules and stability of project-oriented work efforts, ensures that project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope and resource requirements. Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes within budget constraints. 

Project Management 
Following the project lifecycle from initial planning to successful completion, ensuring that all project goals are met and are tracked against time, budget, resource, and scope components. Key activities include defining the project scope, writing business cases, allocating resources efficiently, implementing change management protocols, and continually measuring and assessing project performance.

Sales 
Provides product expertise and leverages Mastercard integrated solutions to drive sales and revenue goals. Responsible for setting sales strategies as it relates to products that are aligned with geography strategy and helps identify and close sales leads. Provides market intelligence and market requirements to product developers and product managers to support product design, development and implementation efforts. 

What you’ll need  
- To be available for start from 1st September 2025 
- To be a Final Year Masters/Undergraduate Student or to have graduated no earlier than September 2024 
- Strong verbal and written communication skills   
- Analytical and problem-solving skills 
- Strong strategic and conceptual aptitude 
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects concurrently 
- High-energy, can-do attitude, very strong sense of ownership and desire to succeed with commensurate analytical, technical, and strategic skills
