The CPC Graduate Assessment Day

Project Management

Friday 6th December 2024

CPC Head Office, City of London

We are recruiting graduates looking to utilise their skills and develop their career in Project Management. CPC offers you the opportunity to build your career in an environment that will give you the support, experience, responsibility and training and development to succeed.

We are looking for…top graduate talent to join us in the summer/early autumn of 2025.

The graduates we recruit are strategic, analytical thinkers who see solutions where others see problems. They come from diverse backgrounds, have a strong degree, embrace challenges, welcome responsibility and have real passion for learning on the job.

Graduate Project Manager

Project Management involves learning the theory behind all aspects of delivering a successful project, and the challenges of putting the theory into practice across different schemes and clients.

Day to day you will work collaboratively with different teams internally, liaising with stakeholders to manage expectations, identifying, analysing and mitigating risks, ensuring projects are being delivered on time, on budget and within scope, and ensuring that our clients’ requirements are fully understood by our supply chain.

If you are completing a degree in a project management related discipline, and predicted a 2:1 or above, then we would love to meet you.

The Assessment Day will focus on exploring different competencies and assessing your motivations for joining our business. If you are invited to attend, we will contact you well in advance so that you are fully informed about the day.

The assessment day takes place Friday 6th December between 9:00 – 17:30, so you will need to have full availability on that day.

Training & Development

We will provide all the tools and support you need to excel, including constant access to your line manager, early exposure to Partners and Directors in the business, and a designated ‘buddy’ to help you with day to day challenges.

Your in-house support is blended with external qualifications and professional accreditation, including Association for Project Management (APM) qualification.

Eligibility criteria

Predicted 2:1 or above in your construction related undergraduate degree.

Right to live and work in the UK (we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for these roles).
