Fieldfisher Diversity Access Scheme - Birmingham
At Fieldfisher, we believe that a diverse workforce is key to our success—not just financially, but in creating an environment where everyone feels valued and comfortable. We’re dedicated to breaking down barriers and making a career in law accessible to all.
The Diversity Access Scheme is a unique, paid two-week programme designed for students who are currently under-represented in the legal field. This isn’t your typical vacation scheme—it’s an opportunity to experience life at a top 50 City Law firm and gain insights from an in-house legal team.
Whilst on programme you will:
- Get a firsthand look at what it’s like to work both at our firm and within a client’s in-house legal team.
- Gain a deep understanding of our work culture, develop essential skills, and participate in social events.
- Work on real cases and see the type of tasks you might handle as a future trainee.
Before you join us, you’ll attend a series of workshops designed to ease your transition into the workplace.
By the end of this programme, you’ll be well-prepared and in a strong position to apply for a training contract with us. Don’t miss this chance to kickstart your legal career and make a real impact!
