Salary: NJC 5 -9 £23,500 - £25,199 (actual), £17,677 - £18,955 (pro rata salary) + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits

You’re someone who’ll be able to:
- Join our specialist provision based in our school for children with Autism and/or Social Communication Difficulties
- Use positive behaviour management strategies and motivate children to learn and enjoy school

You’re someone who has:
- Experience of supporting children in primary education
- Experience in the use of visual strategies to support children with communication needs
- Work collaboratively with other teaching assistants so you must be able to work in a team

The role is due to commence November 2024 / As soon as possible. This is a fixed term position until July 2025.
