The Regulatory and Compliance team's primary focus is to ensure product formulation, labelling and website compliance for all THG Nutrition and Beauty brands globally. THG owns and operates many leading brands including LookFantastic.com, Grow Gorgeous, Mio Skincare, ESPA and MyProtein.
As a Regulatory & Compliance Graduate, you will assist the regulatory managers and officers to support in the day-to-day running of various tasks as determined by your line manager. You will have the opportunity to get involved from the offset and gain first-hand experience of contributing to large-scale projects; supporting the launch of new products, expansion of existing products into new territories. Through efficient and timely delivery of set objectives, you will support in the growth and development of the wider business.
As a Regulatory & Compliance Graduate you’ll be:
- Writing and maintaining finished product specifications & reviewing raw material specifications.
- Collecting and reviewing technical data for Beauty projects.
- Reviewing labelling and marketing material to check that they are compliant with regional regulatory requirements.
- Support with the maintenance of Product Information Files (PIFs)
- Proactively identifying potential Regulatory / compliance issues and working together with the senior members of the team to reduce and/or eradicate their impact.
- Core Beauty brand onboarding – compliance checks, applying restrictions etc.
- Reviewing company websites to check that content is compliant with country specific regulatory requirements.
- Upkeep and maintenance of a comprehensive suite of applicable regulations and guidance.
- Managing and taking accountability of own workload.
- Establishing and maintaining a strong working relationship with key stakeholders (NPD, Marketing, Brand, Commercial teams, etc).
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
- An ambitious graduate looking to start work after graduation in Summer 2025.
- Commercially astute, ambitious and collaborative individuals who are hungry for success and genuine responsibility.
- An excellent communicator with the ability to build solid relationships both internally and externally.
- Strong passion for Regulatory and Compliance and the prospects of this type of role, as well as good organisational skills.
- A proactive self-starter with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to manage their time effectively.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics would be beneficial but full support will be provided.
