Digital Marketing Executive
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading manufacturer and supplier of uniforms to some of the UK's most recognisable names, including Pizza Express, Wagamama and the NHS.
Established in 1979, this company has built its reputation in the hospitality and catering sector, into which it supplies most of the major UK brands with their uniform requirement. Using their uniform management competencies built up over 40 years, there is considerable opportunity to work within other sectors.
Recently we have migrated to the Magento 2 website platform and we now have the right infrastructure to achieve our ambitious ecommerce growth plans. Using Google Ads, Shopping, Meta, LinkedIn, Mailchimp and X we wish an individual to come in and harness these channels to increase our traffic and revenue on our websites, as well as support the wider marketing strategy of the business.
We are looking for a passionate and driven individual with an academic marketing background to join us on this exciting journey and to make the role their own. This is a fantastic opportunity to add your own creativity and flare to a family business with unlimited potential.
This role is full time, permanent and entirely office based with no hybrid working offered.
Knowledge/Experience:
- No marketing role experience required, although an advantage
- A marketing postgraduate degree or CIM Level 4 or above optimal, undergraduate degree will also be accepted
- Understanding of social media marketing, including Meta Ads, strategy and monitoring
- Understanding of email marketing, using platforms such as MailChimp
- Understanding of ecommerce, website content creation, best practices and how to increase conversion rates
- Understanding of marketing strategy, theory and best practices
Responsibilities:
- Management of the Group’s social media across multiple platforms including paid ads and reporting
- Management of the Group’s email marketing
- Management of the Group’s website written and visual content, including blogs, landing pages
- Management of the Group’s ecommerce product offering, including uploading products to multiple platforms
- Management of the Group’s visual content, image editing, video creation and securing user generated content
- Creating product and uniform visuals to be used in our account sales process
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- A passion for social media, understanding how to create engaging content to increase our followers and engagement
- An eye for detail ensuring all posted content and products are without errors and all visual content is engaging and reflects the Group in a professional manner
- A drive to enhance their own skills and knowledge and make the role their own
- A passion for Graphic Design visual content, a love of photography and videography will stand you out from the crowd
- Strong administrative skills
- Great personal skills to engage with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders alike

- Salary £18,500 - £20,000 per annum depending on experience and strength of candidate
