 For the application questions, please note that you are welcome to use another document to help draft your answers and copy them back into the text area once you are ready. For the question asking you to describe any work or volunteering experience please include all your experience, not just construction industry related experience. All types of work and volunteering can build relevant experience and transferable skills. We believe in ensuring all our processes are equitable and want to help everyone access the opportunities we have to offer. To avoid disadvantaging anyone during the application process we ask that all responses in application forms should be completed without the assistance of generative AI. Not everyone has equal access to AI tools and we’d love to hear from you in your own words as we get to know you through the process.
