Occupational Health Administrator
Wellness International Ltd have an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Health Administrator/Receptionist to join their team.
Location: Dakota House, Concord Business Park, M22 0RR, near Manchester Airport. Hours: Flexible, 30 – 37.5 hours per week, over 5 days (Monday – Friday)
This is a full-time in office role, with flexibility around hours.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a focused individual to join our Occupational Health team at our head office as we support our growing client base.
The ideal applicant will have strong administrative and organisation skills and some of their duties will include:
- Booking telephone, video, and face to face appointments for our patients
- Scheduling and diary management, ensuring clinics are fully utilised every day.
- Day to day management of client needs and queries.
- First point of contact for client telephone and email queries,
- Record management and storage, maintaining accurate records held on our occupational health software.
- Requesting medical reports on behalf of our patients.
- Sending occupational health reports to clients in line with our clinical pathway.
- Deal with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Greet all office visitors in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with queries and passing to the relevant department or team member.
- Provide refreshments for visitors and ensure the reception areas is tidy, and refreshments are fully stocked.
- Ensuring all stationary is fully stocked and tidy.
- Any other administrative tasks deemed necessary as part of the role.
What will make you a successful candidate?
- The successful candidate will be passionate and self-motivated, with exceptional customer service skills. An excellent communicator, with an understanding of the need for confidentiality, consent, and data protection.
- Having systems knowledge including Microsoft office suite and patient database experience would be advantageous. Professional telephone skills are a must. Occupational Health experience is not essential but is preferred.
