What we’re looking for:

We are looking for driven and enthusiastic individuals with the following skills:

Degree  in  an  appropriate  qualification,  such as  IT/ Computer Science, Business,  Finance,  Strategy, or  Mathematics (for example) Minimum 2:2 degree

Dynamic, collaborative and adaptable individuals with a customer-centric mindset who are proactive and curious

Experience or knowledge in Microsoft  Power  App  and  Power  Applications (such as Power BI) or eagerness to learn

Proven analytical skills, problem analysis and resolution skills;

Strong verbal, visual and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner to facilitate decision making;

Good interpersonal skills, in order to develop and maintain good working relationships with a range of colleagues in other departments;

A high level of attention to detail and an ability to extract core messages from data;

Proven experience with relevant computer packages (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

We will also develop your skills in data analysis, process optimisation, and project management, while contributing to the overall success of the team and the organisation.

Recruitment Timescales & Key Dates

Online psychometric assessments will be issued to suitable candidates throughout the advertising period

Assessment Centres will be held in our London office throughout November and early December- dates to be confirmed

Invites to assessment centres will be issued two weeks prior to the scheduled date
