Senior Analyst (Italian-speaking)

We are seeking a Senior Analyst with advanced Italian language skills to join our expanding Western Europe team in London. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and producing high quality reports. The Senior Analyst is expected to be goal-oriented and meet timeframes whilst maintaining our standards. The Senior Analyst will also play a key role in supporting and guiding junior members of our expanding team.

 

The successful candidate will have commercial experience in research, report writing and analysis and will welcome the opportunity to develop their skills further. They will demonstrate a strong interest in Italy and the broader Western Europe region and contribute to the continued development of the Western Europe team.  The Senior Analyst will be highly adaptable and enjoy working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

The requirements of the role are:

 

  • Excellent written and verbal English are essential
  • Strong Italian language skills are a must and at a minimum, the ability to read and translate Italian into English (additional proficiency in other languages is also desirable, particularly Arabic)
  • Experience in a relevant industry such as research or journalism, or experience in integrity due diligence, business intelligence or investigations industry
  • Demonstrated interest and knowledge about Italy
  • Excellent communication skills including report writing, editorial and presentation skills
  • A track record of research, analysis and report writing and the ability to present data and information in an accurate, logical and concise manner
  • A strong attention to detail, thoroughness and quality
  • Being an active team player and helping or teaching other junior members of the team
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and under pressure.   Experience in budget management is also welcome.
  • Solid problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Demonstrates inquisitiveness, lateral thinking and clear reasoning
  • The ability to consider and assess multiple factors and present solutions
  • Adaptable to change and a team player
  • MS Office proficiency and
  • The highest integrity and ethics.

The successful candidate must have permission to work in the UK by the start of their employment. 

 

The Senior Analyst may be required to travel from time-to-time.
