The Recruitment Process

Step 1: Written application
Step 2: Measure Potential - Arctic Shores’ task-based assessment. You will be asked to complete some exciting, engaging tasks which will help us get to know you better! In return, you’ll receive a personalized feedback report. You can see a demo HERE to familiarize yourself with this part of the process.

Step 3: Recruiter call – A member of the early careers team will be in touch to arrange a call to discuss your application, give you more information about the role and answer any questions you have for us at this stage. 

Step 4: Assessment centre – You’ll be invited to one of our assessment centres where you will be able to showcase all your key skills and strengths across a variety of activities. 

Step 5: Outcome – You will receive a job offer, or feedback if you have been unsuccessful.
