Role Description
In this Graduate position you'll gain valuable experience of the market research industry and first-hand knowledge of the retail and fast-moving consumer goods industry. You'll work with some of the world's leading brands and manufacturers. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with your clients using our panel and shopper data to help them answer their key business questions.

We want you to be successful and we will invest in your professional development with coaching and training. You'll learn how to use data and carry out analysis that allows you develop key insights for clients and you'll create presentations to communicate your point of view and recommendations. The work you do in this role will help to influence and shape client strategies.

We are looking for a Graduate to support the Unilever account in our Global Unilever team. This role is to support the team on the day to day management of the Unilever account. You will support the delivery of key projects on Unilever's big portfolio of brands, and support the team to contribute to commercial success by proactively finding opportunities and new relationships. You will also support in continuing to progress towards building a stronger cross-Kantar team for Unilever and collaborate on projects with other agencies. The ideal candidate would be a hardworking, proactive and confident individual, who is a quick learner, loves to collaborate and can work with data & insights. Candidates should have the ability to undertake tasks with an enthusiastic, positive, can-do attitude and be able to prioritise and manage multiple stakeholders and projects at the same time. It is a real opportunity for someone who wants to build their skills and is excited at the prospect of working with a major global client!

Key Responsibilities

  • Immediate client exposure - our graduates are from the start included in client conversations and visits and have delivered their points of view to some of the biggest international brands
  • Support major projects in the Unilever categories, take client briefs and work with line manager to run the best data & analysis
  • Support in creating insights and recommendations that are clearly articulated, visual and actionable
  • Meeting client contacts; building strong relationships and answering their business questions.
  • Contribute to the Unilever account plan with support from your manager & colleagues
  • Develop a partnership approach to collaborate with colleagues in Kantar, country contacts across different research agencies
  • Opportunity to work in a multi-cultural team; to work around the globe
