Building surveyor
Rosecrest Group Limited is seeking a motivated Graduate Building Surveyor to join our team, working across both commercial and residential properties. As part of a dynamic and growing company, you will assist in conducting property inspections, preparing detailed reports, and advising clients on construction, refurbishment, and property management matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct building surveys, condition assessments, and prepare professional reports.
- Assist in managing refurbishment projects, including budget estimation and contract administration.
- Advise clients on building repairs, maintenance, and property legislation compliance.
- Work on both commercial and residential properties, ensuring client needs are met with high professional standards.
Requirements:
- A 2:1 or higher in Building Surveying or a related degree.
- Some practical work experience through internships or placements.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
