Finance Graduate
At Hilmore House (our central office in Bradford), we'll show you what it takes to make good things happen for millions of people every single week. Join us on the three-year Finance Graduate scheme and play an important role in helping the business deliver our priorities and build a broader, stronger Morrisons. Learn about all of our different finance functions, who are vital to keeping our business running efficiently, and get stuck into a wide range of challenges!
What’s involved?
During the 3-year programme, you’ll experience different teams and work on real-life projects from accounting, tax and treasury, financial planning, analysis and business planning. Day-to-day, you could be responsible for:
- Helping our buying teams deliver great value for our customers
- Supporting and advising teams throughout the business to pursue new opportunities
- Completing accruals and prepayments to ensure they match financial statements
We've created a structured training plan and the opportunity to work on exciting projects means you will progress and learn, with an opportunity to study towards a Level 7 CIMA qualification. We’ll cover exam fees and offer study leave so you can focus on your assignments. By the end of the scheme, we'll prepare you with all the skills and experiences needed to enjoy a successful future career as an accountant.
Make good things happen
Our graduates get access to all our employee benefits, including a holiday buying scheme, contributary pension scheme, store discounts and MyPerks. This is a reward and benefits scheme that updates regularly with new and exciting offers. Here’s what could be available:

- 6% cashback on Ticketmaster
- Cinema tickets from £4.80
We also operate a 4.5 day working week in Hilmore House, offering the chance to spend time in the office, developing your team work skills and balance flexibility at home.
