Applications for the Building Changemakers for Black Talent in STEM program are now open!
We’re looking for the next generation of black talent to take part in a 10-week paid internship program with one of our business partners, companies participating in our mission include: Arm, Amazon, Cisco, Google, and PWC amongst others.
The program will not only provide you with a workplace opportunity in a STEM-related role, but will also help with your self-awareness, and skills development and support you to become empowered leaders ready to make a positive change to yourself, your future employer, and the society in which we live.

The program includes:
- Work placement opportunities for young talent of black heritage with STEM-related degrees.
- Student mentoring throughout the program
- Focused recruitment for roles in leading companies across STEM.
- Virtual Changemaker leadership training and group coaching delivered by Homerton College, University of Cambridge

Person specification:
- Available for a 10-week internship starting May 2025.
- Studying or graduating from a STEM-related degree.
- Flexible to commute to employer location.
- Student of Black Heritage background.
