Restaurant Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
  • Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and expense forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design and implement new menu items.
  • Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant management, food safety, and health regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software (e.g., OpenTable, Toast, etc.) is a plus.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
