Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and expense forecasts.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to design and implement new menu items.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant management, food safety, and health regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software (e.g., OpenTable, Toast, etc.) is a plus.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
