Recruitment and HR Officer

Job description

Job Title: Recruitment & HR Admin Officer (Mostly remote)
Number of hours: 20 hours (initially for 3 months with possible
extension)
Pay rate: £12 per hour

Job type: Temporary (with occasional weekend work during busy deadlines)

 

Description of the role:
As a Recruitment & HR Admin Officer, you will be responsible for providing
administrative initiatives to the end-to-end PJL recruitment process,
supporting the Project Teams and responding to HR related queries from
colleagues/clients across and outside the business. As we are an Agile
team, you will have the opportunity to learn & use different tools like Trello, 
Google Suite, LinkedIn, Hubspot CRM and any other related industry tool to deliver your tasks. Providing human resources guidance and contributions or in a HR-related association like CIPD


Person requirements: Team player, apt to learn, requiring less supervision, good verbal & written communication skills, able to work with a diverse &
multicultural and cross-functional teams, people skills, confident,
excellent administrative skills with the ability to use Microsoft office tools to deliver reports and presentations.
