Graduate Bid Writer

As a Graduate Bid Writer, you'll be an integral part of our tendering process, learning how to write persuasive and compelling bids that win us new contracts. We're seeking someone who's not just passionate about writing but also possesses a keen eye for detail with strong organisational and administration skills. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in tender submissions, including pre-qualification questionnaires, tenders, and approved supplier lists.
  • Reviewing Invitation to Tender documents to understand contractor activities and responsibilities.
  • Collaborating with senior team members, contributing to the submission of high-quality bids.
  • Developing written content that effectively communicates our values and solutions.
  • Assisting in reviewing and editing bid content to ensure accuracy and alignment with client requirements.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
  • Assisting in extracting and including all key information from the Invitation to Tender documents.
  • Assisting in ensuring the bid library is kept up to date
  • Undertaking any other ad hoc administration duties as required.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritise tasks
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy in editing and proofreading.
  • Willingness to learn about the Construction Industry
  • A proactive and positive attitude towards work.
  • Commitment to working collaboratively within a team environment
