Influencer Marketing Executive

We are currently recruiting an Influence Marketing Executive to join the Marketing team at our Head Office in Alderley Edge, Cheshire. Reporting to the Influencer Marketing Manager you will support the creation of a world class influencer marketing strategy and help deliver a partnership strategy, supporting growth of the business from a brand and commercial perspective.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining publisher and Influencer relationships in order to understand their needs and business priorities
- Coordinate with various teams to address Affiliate and Influencer needs in accurate and timely manner
- Superb written and oral communications skills, with the ability to think and act with speed
- Highly organised & efficient, able to work clearly & effectively in a fast paced environment
- Oversee Influencer & Content Affiliate collaborations and report back on to senior team on findings and learnings
- Responsible for driving revenue growth across all Social Media Platforms via Influencer placements
- Seek out new opportunities and ways to work with established and up and coming influencers
- Leading Influencer activity to run alongside campaigns, product launches and celeb / influencer collaborations to maximise exposure
Requirements
- Previous Influencer marketing experience
- Team player – able to collaborate across internal channel departments
- Digital awareness – experience and understanding of how digital channels can work together and how these may cross over into the Affiliate channel.
- Proficient knowledge of all Social Media Channels
- Organised and Time Management – task prioritisation of own workload and that of the teams
- Ability to review commercial proposals and negotiate to ensure cost efficiency for the channel
- Perform well under pressure and deliver results in difficult situations
- Highly confident in presenting to and working with senior team members
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to build strong cross departmental relationships
- Knowledge of Google Analytics would be beneficial
