IT Analyst Graduate

We have a fantastic opportunity for an IT Analyst Graduate to join Amey Group for our Digital and IT Business Partnering Team.

Starting Salary: £28,500 per annum

Location: Liverpool or Oxford (Hybrid Role)

Work Arrangement: Minimum 3 days per week in the office.

Start Date: September 2024

The Digital and IT Business Partnering team sits centrally within Amey's Group IT function. The team provides a range of support to the wider business units including IT bid support, management of all new IT demand in line with Amey governance as well as business partnering to stakeholders across Amey to support our business strategy. 

The role will see you support the Digital and IT Business Partnering Team with analysing complex information, developing bid costings, and producing the IT Annex 6. General admin support for the team as required to cover Teams, Excel, SharePoint, and the Power Platform.

 

You will be responsible for:

 

  • Working within the Digital & IT Business Partnering Team to ensure that bids are completed on time and in line with Amey governance.
  • Ensuring the bid pipeline is updated/accurate using a variety of sources.
  • Managing bid documentation, templates and ensuring these are reviewed regularly as required.
  • Keeping the IT asset price list up to date to support bid costings.
  • Working with the wider business to gather information to support the bid process.
  • Managing team information and processes across the Microsoft Suite
  • Managing the team SharePoint site and Power Apps that manage IT Demand and the Demand process.

 

We want to hear from you if you have:

  • Minimum 2:2 Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Accountancy or Project Management
  • A-Level Maths or equivalent
  • Available to join the programme in September 2024
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good general knowledge of the Microsoft suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint (training will be provided for any gaps)
