Peripatetic Coordinator

We are currently recruiting a peripatetic Coordinator in our peripatetic service.

 

This full-time permanent position will lead a team to deliver high quality care & Support to the most vunerable people of our district, meeting their needs, and promoting person centred care at every opprttunity.

 

The successful cancidate will support & lead a team of staff working in our extra care Housing schemes, promoting support and independent living for the residents in their own apartments on site.

This post is subject to the Fluency Duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016. The post holder is required to demonstrate a proficient level of fluency under the Duty as detailed within the job specification for the post”
