At Exclusive Collection, we are committed to nurturing future hoteliers through our exciting 2-year Graduate Management Programme. This programme offers an opportunity to advance your career in hospitality by working in various operational departments such as Room Division, Food and Beverage, and Support Services. You’ll also have the chance to return to your preferred department for further experience. The role includes some travel, allowing you to visit each hotel in our collection and attend workshops as part of the programme.

The Ideal Candidate
Are you right for us?
Our successful candidate will have;
- You must demonstrate a genuine Passion and Flair for the hospitality industry!
- A relevant hospitality related degree in any of the disciplines; Hotel/Leisure/Tourism or International Hospitality.
- Industry related experience (can include work placement) in customer facing roles.
- Due to the location of our properties you will have your own transportation to work.
- The successful candidate must, by the commencement of employment, have the right to work in the UK.
- Ability to work shifts as required by the department to get the best out of your programme!
