Job description
To form part of the international tuition team we are recruiting Graduates, who want to teach their passion as a Private Tutor. The position will primarily tutor primary age students (up to Year 6) for core subjects such as: English, Maths, Sciences, History, Geography, ICT.
Starting the position in August 2024, the full-time (40 hours) paid posts will require a baseline of 25 hours of tutoring per week, working Monday - Friday (5 days). Non teaching hours will include, but not limited to, planning, setting homework, travel, administration tasks, and working collaboratively with fellow tutors and academic staff.
Full in-house training will be provided.
The successful applicant will be joining a team of tutors, who contribute to the teaching and learning of students with Carfax Education, in our Dubai and Abu Dhabi office.

Required skills & qualifications
- Minimum 2:1 Bachelor's Degree
- Preferably demonstrable tutoring experience
- Open to learning and teaching different educational curriculums (British, American, IB).
- Motivated, patient, and committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Excellent communicator – personable, calm, patient, and versatile.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to take on new challenges
- Success driven – excited and motivated to succeed, able to take the initiative.
