What You’ll Do
- Coordinate seamless training initiatives for groups of 30 to 200 employees to optimize the new hire and associate learning journey for a smooth and enriching experience
- Collaborate with presenters and trainers to prepare training materials, including creating schedules across different time zones
- Work with the global L&D team to audit existing training curricula (in-person and digital) and identify areas of improvement. The process might include:
- Constantly improve and innovate Learning & Development programming by analyzing participant feedback, measuring learning outcomes, researching industry best practices, and endeavoring to make sessions application-based to yield behavior change
- Manage internal communications related to Learning & Development
- Manage vendor selection, onboarding, and coordination for post-training events, overseeing all logistics for successful execution
Who You Are
- Proven academic excellence (evidenced by a Bachelor’s degree and minimum GPA of 3.0)
- Resourceful self-starter with a knack for creative problem-solving
- Strong communicator skilled in simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Organized project manager capable of handling multiple tasks
- Familiar with L&D frameworks and adult learning theories
- Emotionally intelligent team player with a people-oriented approach
- Committed to personal development with an understanding of how the role aligns with their long-term career goals
- Previous work experience in a fast-paced Learning & Development or Human Resources role
- Work authorization in the United States
Compensation and Benefits
- $80,000 fixed annual base salary
- 17 vacation days, in addition to 10 public holidays, and business closure during the winter holiday week
