Videographer/film crew

Our client is a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Manchester, which specialises in digital transformation and cloud adoption. Their goal is to help organisations utilise technology for innovation, efficiency, and growth. Their name actually reflects our commitment to collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and innovation in information technology, drawing inspiration from ancient Greek symposia. Our also client provides custom solutions for digital transformation complexities. Their expertise covers infrastructure assessment, cloud migration, application modernisation, cybersecurity, data analytics, and ongoing managed services. 

We are looking for a videographer with video/animation editing skills aswell to support our client as needed on several projects. The first task will be to edit and create some explained videos that the client can use to explain/promote their services. The next project will be to film and edit an event on the 9th of July 2024 for the client in Southampton. Your trip will likely be overnight so please ensure you will be available for travel on the 8th and 9th of July. Also, the trip will be fully covered by our client. 

Please note that you must be Manchester based to be eligible for this role or able to commute if needed.  

Duties and responsibilities
 

• Editing explainer videos using raw footage provided by the client and some animations (animator experience would be helpful)
• Filming a national event to the highest quality (You may be able to borrow filming equipment from the University so your own camera is not essential)
• Editing the event footage in a creative and timely manner.

You may also be given some adhoc taks as this is a flexible role with no set hours and will be determined by the client.
