Marketing Executive

The secret to our long-term success is our people. We’re looking for a meticulous individual with a talent for words and a flair for design to join our accomplished Marketing team.  

You’ll collaborate with multiple departments across the business to assist in effective content creation, branding and internal communications. You’ll develop your marketing knowledge and skills by liaising directly with internal teams, agency partners and customers to support the sales and marketing process while delivering a professional and consistent brand voice.   

What you’ll be doing:  

Creating B2B (Business to Business) marketing content such as case studies, blogs, presentations and email campaigns  

Managing Bistech’s online presence through our website, LinkedIn, Instagram and video channels  

Interpreting marketing analytics, looking for opportunities for improvement, monitoring campaign performance, and creating reports for the wider business  

Developing brand assets such as imagery, icons and infographics  

Protecting our brand integrity and ensuring all communications meet company guidelines  

What we need from you:  

Excellent writing, proofreading and communication skills as well as a passion for English  

Experience of working in a marketing team or agency environment  

A natural flair for creativity and design (experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere preferred)  

Expertise in producing engaging, professional-quality content  

A proactive approach with exceptional attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
