Graduate Consultant

Consultants are involved in undertaking commercial due diligence (CDD) and strategy assignments. You will receive first-class training direct from senior team members.
Graduate Consultants are expected to:
- Comprehend new business models quickly, typically working on a new project every 4-6 weeks
- Conduct both primary and desk research and perform rigorous analysis in order to test commercial hypotheses
- Assist the structuring and presentation of findings within the final output
- Support the presentation of findings to the client – we strongly believe early client exposure is a great way to learn and develop
Successful candidates will need to demonstrate the following:
- Strong academic background
- Self-starter attitude and a passion for working in an entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent writing and numeracy skills
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
- Fluency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and a high comfort level in adopting new tools and applications
- Inquisitive with a curiosity for solving business problems
- History of success working in multi-functional, cross-cultural teams, virtually and in person (for experienced consultants)
- At the time of starting their employment, the successful candidate must have the right to work in the UK
