Business Development Consultant
Winkworth Client Services Department
We are looking to add new Business Consultants to help grow our Client Services Department. This role is to generate business for the network through building relationships with vendors, landlords and developers. You will pro-actively inform and advise prospective clients through close and regular contact, with the aim of securing their business and maximizing opportunities with the company.
The role requires great communicators, who are determined, motivated and those who will thrive in a sociable and hard working environment. Extensive initial training and constant on the job training are provided.
The role is ideally suited for someone looking to start their career the property industry.

Role of a Business consultant:
- Proactively maintaining contact with clients
- Identifying new business
- Generating appointments for office Directors
- Working with office Directors to build a strategy to win business
Benefits and Salary:
- Competitive basic salary of £22k to £26k
- OTE of £30-37k in year 1 and £37k+ in year 2
