Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an English ECT to inspire and educate our students, focusing on delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum. This role involves planning and marking, where your creativity and dedication will contribute to the academic success and personal growth of all students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver dynamic English lessons tailored to the needs of diverse learners.
- Create and implement effective schemes of work and lesson plans.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students to aid their progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices.
- Engage in continuous professional development opportunities to further refine teaching skills.

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or soon-to-be qualified.
- Strong subject knowledge in English literature and language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan and assess effectively to ensure student progress.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
