Office Administrator/PA/Marketing Rep
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and leadership qualities to help run two businesses. The position is mostly office based and requires the successful candidate to be responsible for all office duties including liaising with other staff, recruitment, creating timetables, emails, some marketing, attending meetings, and generally being able to make sure the businesses run as smoothly as possible.
The position requires the candidate to be reliable and trustworthy as a lot of PA work is also involved. We are keen to recruit someone with a ‘can do’ attitude, who will put their mind to any task set, within reason!!
Computer skills are essential for this role. The ability to design leaflets and social media content/graphics would be very beneficial.
