Welcome to our communications graduate scheme for 2024

Would you like to join the best independent integrated marketing & communications agency around?  Applications are now open for our hugely successful graduate recruitment scheme. 

For this intake, we are looking for graduate trainees to join our communications unit.  You will receive formal and on-the-job training in a full range of public relations disciplines, including behaviour change, corporate reputation, brand strategy, media relations, campaigning, issues management and crisis communications.  Our clients range from literary prizes to global sporting events, from financial institutions to key government initiatives, from global pharma to globe-trotting tourism destinations, from London’s major retail districts to the world’s most exciting giga-projects.

We have openings this year in our offices in London, Cardiff, Sheffield, Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Riyadh.

We would also like to see a think-piece – written or other form of content - on one of the following topics: 

• Who would you rather have on-side to raise awareness of great injustice – the UK’s best investigative journalists or Toby Jones?
• While Britain struggles to build a new railway line, HS2, the Saudis are building a city that will be almost as long. Is the age of great British infrastructure projects over?
• Which is the bigger threat to the next British election – AI interference or voter apathy?
• Research shows that students lose their concentration every three minutes due to uncontrollable urge to check social media.  Is it time to put an 18+ age restriction on smartphones?

(Max 400-words for a written submission, or three minutes for video or audio; other creative interpretations welcomed!)

The initial selection will be based on the quality of your CV, your covering letter / e-mail and your think-piece.

Short-listed applicants will be invited to complete a personality profile and successful candidates will be invited to our “MakeMeYourGrad2024” day to be held on Tuesday 4 June 2024 – a day of interviews, discussion, tests, meetings and presentations. You’ll also get a chance to meet our previous graduates who will give you an insight into the real world of working at one of the most exciting communications agencies in the UK and the Gulf.

There will be a thorough induction and training programme during the first twelve months of employment.

Start dates: from June 2024 and throughout the remainder of 2024.

Salary: £26,000 per annum
