Researcher, Executive Search

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a graduate to join our team. You will collaborate closely with our existing Consultants to deliver executive search mandates in the world of Private Equity in the U.K. and Europe.

As a critical member of a practice team, the Researcher will be passionate about sharing learnings and best practice matched by their ability to execute on the agreed solution for the client. This will ensure a robust and well-managed process delivers the excellent results our clients’ demand.

Primary responsibilities:

· Team and candidate engagement, to enable learnings about the Private Markets industry

· Talent mapping in support of the timely execution of executive search mandates. This will be achieved through leveraging internal and external database; as well as networking

· Initial candidate screening to create an accurate list of candidates, aligned to job briefs

· Maintaining excellent standards of talent system management

· Preparation of credible written material, to support candidate introductions and wider business material

· Curate market intelligence for specific mandates and wider knowledge sharing

· Ad-hoc business assignments which may include support on events

 

Skills and Capabilities:

· Experience within Recruitment/ Research/ Executive search will be advantageous, but not required

· Naturally curious with an appreciation for continuous learning and desire to build resilience

· Excellent communication skills – verbal and written which is an important when engaging with candidates

· Commitment to maintain accuracy and integrity across all deliverables

· Effective prioritization and time management skills, and results oriented

· Agile in working with various team members and different search mandates/ business projects

· Creative and resourceful, finding new ways to deliver and to a high standard

· Business proficiency in a second European language advantageous.
