Responsibilities:
- Actively follow up with Chinese landlords to discuss housing, including but not limited to house closing, house inspection, house listing, furniture purchase, and finally closing the deal

- Meet the needs of Chinese student tenants, assist with house viewing, quotation, contract signing, payment and check-in

- Upload real-time property, landlord and tenant information into the system

Skills:
- Overseas property leasing experience preferred (internship or part-time)

- Good personal image, strong sense of service, and strong communication and adaptability

- Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills
