Marketing / Desktop Publishing Assistant

Responsible for:

  • Producing all property brochures following brand guidelines
  • Operating Desktop Publishing Software (currently InDesign) to design (using templates), brochures, mailers, adverts, reports and any written material leaving the office
  • Updating website 
  • Designing and issuing all mailshots, social media posts, etc
  • Checking preliminary and final proofs for errors and make necessary corrections.
  • Collaborating with external agencies to produce non in-house brochures
  • Liaising with other branches as required
  • Assisting with and implementing social media strategy
  • Providing support and undertaking other administrative duties as required

Desirable:
