Marketing / Desktop Publishing Assistant
Responsible for:
- Producing all property brochures following brand guidelines
- Operating Desktop Publishing Software (currently InDesign) to design (using templates), brochures, mailers, adverts, reports and any written material leaving the office
- Updating website
- Designing and issuing all mailshots, social media posts, etc
- Checking preliminary and final proofs for errors and make necessary corrections.
- Collaborating with external agencies to produce non in-house brochures
- Liaising with other branches as required
- Assisting with and implementing social media strategy
- Providing support and undertaking other administrative duties as required
