GRADUATE MERCHANDISE MANAGER
Spreetail is a global online retailer worth over $2 billion that partners with companies such as Amazon, eBay, Wayfair and many more to help other world-leading brands to sell more products. Up and running in the USA for the last 20 years, we have recently expanded to the UK, with our head office based in Leighton Buzzard. We are looking for our new Merchandise Manager to join our team.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
- Exceptional Excel skills (VLOOKUP and Pivot tables) with the proven ability to analyse vast amounts of numerical data with success
- A highly analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure as a resourceful communicator. A growth mindset and a collaborative nature is key for success in this role!
- Develop presentation materials including PowerPoints and data analysis charts that clearly display Spreetail executing market share growth for the brand, making sure each deck is suited to the unique needs of that brand
- Generate regular reports via Excel, Hubspot, Microsoft PowerBi and other platforms to analyze KPI performance and provide insight and recommendations to the management team
- Ability to collaborate with others internally and externally, building trust with our brands and partners. Research new brands and find appropriate contacts to add to business development pipeline via emails, phone calls & face-to-face meetings.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE....
To be successful in this role, you must be a strong communicator with high attention to detail and an expert with data!
- University degree
- Willingness to learn all aspects of sales and business development - including the sales cycle and grow into an active role, including cold calls, outreach and meeting follow ups
- Love to talk to people on the phone and engage in conversations with new brands
- Strong organizational skills and time management ability & natural love of data and spreadsheets
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, grow outside of your comfort zone
- Highly self-motivated mindset with a focus on achieving goals
- The candidate must be available from early May 2024.
